Privacy, clearly stated

Your workspace
is yours.

Mino is designed to help you focus—not to profile you. Here is exactly what is stored, synchronized, and why.

Last updated · September 22, 2026

Stored locally

Mino keeps a local working copy of your tasks, shortcuts, and appearance preferences in Chrome extension storage on your device.

Account and sync

If you choose Google sign-in, Mino stores your account identifier, verified email address, and display name. Your tasks, shortcuts, clock preferences, and appearance settings are synchronized to your private Supabase workspace.

Third-party requests

Search suggestions are requested from Google only while you type. Submitting a search opens Google Search or the URL you entered. Shortcut favicons may be requested only to display the shortcut you created.

How data is used

Mino does not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it beyond the services needed for sign-in, search, favicons, and private workspace synchronization.

Your choices

You can use Mino without an account. Local data can be removed by uninstalling the extension. Synced data stays in the configured Supabase project until it is deleted there.
